A neighborhood donut shop renewed after a fire, with its compact footprint carefully reorganized around efficient daily operations. Kitchen equipment, service areas, and customer circulation were coordinated with the owner, kitchen consultant, and contractor. The result balances modern operational requirements with the familiar character of a neighborhood gathering place.
