Pebble Onebird

A new ramen concept shaped by the operational insight of an experienced chef and restaurant operator. Seating, kitchen workflow, and staff movement were carefully choreographed to maximize efficiency within a compact footprint. Existing pizza-shop equipment and infrastructure were retained where possible, allowing the transformation to focus resources on creating a distinctive dining environment.
