A compact medical clinic transformed from an existing office, with selective reuse of existing walls and infrastructure to minimize construction and maximize efficiency. Within less than 1,000 SF, the plan carefully organizes three exam rooms, an office, and a dedicated lab while maintaining flexibility for future growth. Warm natural materials, soft tones, and contemporary detailing create an intimate and welcoming environment, shifting the conventional clinical experience toward a more residential and approachable atmosphere.
